  If you want to experience "Old Florida", this is a true Florida Bar. The kids love it on Friday and Saturday nights (out on the patio or out at the fire pit and sometimes A LOT of them, it gets crazy, a lot of pretty down home girls out there dancing to the DJ's, they're having a lot of fun: just like us 50 somethings used to) and I like it in the daytime and early eves just relaxing and having a cold beer. I like the jukebox, I like listening to country sometimes, serious jam (Kenny Wayne, Stevie Ray, Allman Bros, etc. sometimes, blues sometimes, jazz sometimes, and the old originals sometimes, like Hank Sr., Roy Orbison, Patsy Kline, Jim Reeves. Everyone's tolerant of my music "diversity". They figure, "Hell, he paid for the music, let him listen to what he wants."
  
  It's an all around very friendly bar. Biker friendly, hard working friendly (like the guys at the GP mill who work their asses off), yuppie friendly, and there's even very wealthy people that go in from time to time, but you wouldn't know who they are. The owner is hands on and he, too, is very friendly, but he doesn't put up with any BS. If you wanna start some $**t, don't plan on ever coming back. Besides, in addition to the extensive security on the weekends, the rest of the time you probably don't want to mess with some of the regulars that grew up around here anyway. Finally, the bartenders are extremely friendly, the beer's freezing cold (they'll even wrap a paper towel around your beer like a coosie for you) -- I just don't know what more you could ask for in a nice little local north central FL bar...
